Sunset Spritz Cocktail

      Ingredients

• 1.5 Ounces of Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 2 Ounces of Aperol
• 3 Ounces of Prosecco (or club soda)

         Fresh orange and lemon slice for garnish

         Edible flower for garnish

      Method

      Fill a glass with crushed ice.  Add slices of fresh orange and lemon to the glass.

      Pour in the Aperol.  Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, and top with Prosecco.

      Garnish with the edible flower (I used a Nasturtium bloom).  Enjoy!!!
